MITR Mondays

Come run some trails, climb some hills, dodge some roots, and enjoy a (socially distanced) beverage with us on a tail-gate after. Three and five-mile routes available, no one will be left behind, and everyone will have an elevated heart rate.  Bring a head lamp!! 

**Given the state executive order requiring mask-wearing in public places when interactions with people are likely, even outdoors, we ask that you please bring a mask or buff with you while the order is in place.  Thank you!!**
