Individual Runner

  2. Complete a lap to earn its points

  3. Repeat until time expires
     

Team Rules (2 - 4 runners)

  1. Choose which teammate runs

  2. Choose a route

  3. Complete a lap to earn its points

  4. Repeat until time expires

The runner and team with the most points in 6 hours wins.  In the case of ties, the fastest completion wins.
